BUEZ Verification
Applicants must provide documentation that they are an Enterprise Zone business or non-profit. Acceptable documentation includes a copy of a valid driver’s license, current rental agreement, or latest utility bill.

Application Requirements
Applicants must submit basic project details, before photos, quotes, invoices, or receipts of the project, and a Certificate of Appropriateness if required for modification to historical building facades.
