Apply for Parks Pools Fee Waiver program
Any family with a child 17 years and younger, who live within Bloomington City limits, and feels that a fee for a Bloomington Parks and Recreation pool admission would be discriminatory due to financial hardship, may request a waiver of fees for their children.
How to apply

Eligibility
Must reside within corporate city limits

Income for adults in household
Must provide MCCSC Free/Reduced lunch letter, month's worth of pay stubs, or current tax return (2024) if none available then come into office.

Residency
Must provide current utility bill, lease/mortgage agreement showing name, address and date

All documentation needs to be provided to have application processed. Any missing, the application will not be processed.
